Coastal Inspired: Living Room

We’ve all dreamt of living at the beach, so why not make our home feel like it! One of the best ways to accomplish this is through not just color, but fabrics, and textures! Bring in neutrals with subtle pops of color with shades of blues, greens, and grays. Honestly anything that feels natural and organic will work! Earth tones are our friend. Not only does this look absolutely stunning, but gives us a sense of tranquility.

When it comes to fabrics you’ll want to select linens, cottons, and a textured neutral rug! The rug can make the entire room, so most times we suggest selecting your rug out first then designing the rest of the space based off that.

Bring the outside in! This can be done with the color scheme we mentioned before, but also with greenery and any cool finds you’ve treasured from your family vacays at the ocean! Art can also make it feel more coastal!

We believe you should love where you live, so take the time to make it you and feel special and always remember to trust the process. It might be long and can get difficult, but it is oh so worth it!
