FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is E-Design?

We are virtual interior designers and we are here to help you online create a home you’ll love. Our entire process is done virtually and allows you to cut out the hidden costs of a full service interior designer. We will work with your room measurements and pictures, and can include anything you want to keep in the space.

This is a collaborative process! Once you receive your initial designs, we will work together over the course of ten (10) business days to get it exactly the way that you want it and then you’ll be ready to purchase and implement the design. With our extensive background in full service design, we’ll also be here to guide you through implementation.

Please note, we do not provide drawings for permits/construction. BUT we are here to help with everything else!

How long does it take to receive my e-design presentation?

You will receive your e-design presentation 3-4 weeks from confirmed payment and project information submission.

How long do I have to review the e-design presentation?

We will work together for ten (10) business days to make your room the exact way that you would like it.

Will I be able to purchase items myself?

You will have all links to be able to purchase the items on your own at your convenience. We highly recommend buying the products as soon as possible so they do not go out of stock.

What happens if an item goes out of stock?

We do our best to ensure that all items are in stock and able to be purchased for the design presentation, but we understand that items can go out of stock quickly online. We highly recommend that you buy the items you like from your design presentation right away. If an item goes out of stock after the 10 business days, you can either find a similar item on your own or we will charge a restocking fee of $75/item to select additional items for you.
