Today, the only time we really consider using our dining room is for Thanksgiving or the Holidays, but why not turn it into a space where you can host friends and family regularly! I know it's hard to transition back into enjoying a meal at the dining table from eating dinner on the couch watching whatever kind of good TV is on that night. Trust me I'm guilty of it too. It's easier. You don't have to think of setting up the table. It just seems more simple. The dining room however can also be a place where you can actually listen about your family's day and what your kids learned at school that day. Eating at the dining table can be a place where you exchange amazing stories while enjoying family recipes or greasy takeout! I like to consider the dining room a place where I can create beautiful memories with my loved ones, and also where I can create a beautiful setting. This can be the one space in your home you can really elevate. Let's go back to having dinner in our dining room and create a beautiful spot in your home that you can enjoy again!
